NFIPH apprehend the call for a healthy work culture. Shooting with children can be a tedious task if proper considerations are not made. Children are full of vigour & it takes lot of patience & energy to deal with them. NFIPH fabricates the entire shooting schedule only during school vacations or holidays so it does not affect their studies. The work milieu is such that they really have a gala time. NFIPH takes care of all their requirements in terms of proper food, and other logistic arrangements. Besides, considering security aspects being the top priority, NFIPH appoints a special squad to suffice the need.
